Precision machining.Engineering-led.
We combine precision machining, CAD/CAM and measurement-driven quality control in a single engineering workflow for the aerospace sector — from drawing to finished part.
01 — Capabilities
One engineering chain, from design to finished part.
Our capabilities are built to complement each other: engineering and CAM programming, machining and inspection run within the same team, on the same technical data.
Precision Parts Manufacturing
Precision parts for the aerospace sector, planned around drawing and tolerance requirements.
CNC Milling
Prismatic and complex parts on 3+2 axis and 5-axis class machining centres.
03 / 06Turning
Shafts, bushings, flanges and other rotational parts — combined with milling where required.
04 / 06CAD/CAM
3D modelling, toolpath strategy, simulation and NC programming.
05 / 06Mechanical Engineering
Manufacturability review, technical drawings, fixturing and process planning.
06 / 06Metrology & Quality Control
Dimensional inspection to drawing; first-article and in-process verification.
RFQTechnical review for your project
Send us your drawing and 3D model to start a manufacturability review and quotation.

Every job follows the same disciplined flow.
Select a step to see what happens at that stage and what is handed over to the next.
Enquiry & drawing
We review the drawing, 3D model, material, quantity and delivery expectations together, and resolve open points before production starts.
- Drawing and 3D model review
- Identification of critical dimensions and tolerances
- Clarification of material, quantity and lead time
Engineering & CAD/CAM
Fixturing, operation sequence and tool selection are planned; toolpaths are created in CAM and verified by simulation.
- Manufacturability review
- Fixturing and operation plan
- Toolpath strategy, simulation and NC program
Machining
Parts are machined on the DMG MORI centre best suited to their geometry, or by turning operations. The first article is inspected before series production.
- 3+2 axis and 5-axis class milling
- Turning operations
- First-article approval
Inspection
Critical characteristics are checked against the dimensions and tolerances on the drawing. Measurement is part of the process, not an add-on at the end.
- Dimensional inspection
- In-process checks
- Inspection records on request
Delivery
Parts are delivered in protective packaging with the requested documentation. Feedback is reviewed for the next production run.
- Protective packaging
- Requested documentation
- Feedback and continuous improvement
03 — Machine Park
DMG MORI machining centres.
Two DMX 80 U, one DMU 75 monoBLOCK and one DMU 95 monoBLOCK — a set-up built for machining multi-face parts in a single clamping.
04 — Quality
If it isn't measured, it isn't finished.
Quality is not a check performed after machining; it is a discipline that starts with the drawing review and continues through to delivery. We define critical characteristics up front and verify them on the first article and throughout the process.
- Dimensional inspection to drawing
- First-article and in-process verification
- Inspection records on request
- Care for the confidentiality of customer design data
