Privacy Notice
This notice explains how personal data you share through our website and RFQ form is processed.
1. Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Kaptanlar Havacılık.
2. Data processed
The company name, full name, email, phone, country, project information and technical files you submit through the RFQ form, plus technical data required for form security (IP address, browser information, time of submission).
3. Purposes
Evaluating your request, contacting you, preparing a quotation and protecting the form against abuse (spam).
4. Legal basis
Processing is necessary for steps prior to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and for our legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f).
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared with infrastructure providers we use for website hosting, form security, file storage and email delivery, only to the extent required for those services. These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye.
6. Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to evaluate the request and conduct any resulting business relationship, and within periods required by applicable law.
7. Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The verification service used for form security may process technical data strictly for that purpose.

You may submit requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK through the contact channels below.
